I know a lot of folks will be dehydrating vegetables this year. If you dry tomatoes , you will need to reconstitute them with boiling water(usually just enough to cover them) Don't throw away the tomato . . .

We recently went out of the dairy business due to high grain and fuel costs. We are clearing some land to rai se corn, barley, hay, oats etc. We are fortunate to have 8 50 acres to do this!
